Every time you go to sit down ask yourself, “Where are my shoulders?” If they are up to your ears take a deep breath and a stretch and bring them down.

Then go to the area of your greatest pain and take a deep breath in and hold shortly, exhale and let go. Do this three times with that area. Then go to head and do head to toe tensing and relaxing to each muscle. Group. After that, press the points listed below. Hold each point and breath three times. One breath opens up to receive the oxygen a second breath absorbs the oxygen, and a third breath circulates the oxygen.

Before you go to bed at night, while you are sitting on the edge of the bed, ask yourself, “where are my shoulders?” take a deep breath and a stretch and bring them down. Then take three deep breaths and focus on your breathing for one minute. You can close your eyes or leave them open. You can guesstimate a minute, count a minute, or set a timer. Or, watch a second-hand for your minute. Then when a minute is up, take three deep breaths and a stretch to come out of your relaxed state. Climb into bed and enjoy fully, a good night’s sleep!!
